Quartz stone is widely used in our daily life, such as Kitchen, the public buildings (airport, station, shopping mall, hotel, bank, hospital) and house decoration (countertop, floor, interior wall, kitchen top, table top, vanity top, bar counter).. ◆ Advantages of  Sino more^® curing agent: Room Temp. Products;

At present, Trigonox 21s is widely used as curing agent for quartz stone. But there is some disadvantage for Trigonox 21s.

The SADT of Trigonox 21s is only 35℃, the recommended storage temp. is 15℃. So the transportation of peroxides should be at low temperature.

But the SADT of  Sino more^®  curing agent is only 60℃.  so the storage temp. of  MK can be less than 30℃. so it is room temperature curing agent, more safer than normal peroxides.

◆ Advantages of  Sino more^®  curing agent: Lower curing temp. 

For traditional OT curing agent, during the curing process, due to high curing cure, it will lead to some cracks.        

By using Sino more^®  curing agent, the curing process is more stable, the peak temp. is less than using OT curing agent.

◆ Advantages of  Sino more^®  curing agent: Faster curing speed;

By using Sino more^®  curing agent, the curing speed is faster than using OT. The following is the detail data. 

Also, as the curing temp. is lower than using OT, during the process, the temp. can be increased to 90℃with lower curing temperature.

◆Advantages of  Sino more^®  curing agent: Storage temperature.

The suggested storage temp. of  Sino more^®  curing agent  is less than 30℃ for 6 months.
