Room Temp. Products.
At present, Trigonox 21s is widely used as curing agent for quartz stone. But there is some disadvantage for Trigonox 21s. The SADT of Trigonox 21s is only 35℃, the recommended storage temp. is 15℃. So the transportation of peroxides should be at low temperature. But the SADT of Sinomore® curing agent is only 60℃, so the storage temp. of MK can be less than 30℃. so it is room temperature curing agent, more safer than normal peroxides.
Lower curing temp.
For traditional OT curing agent, during the curing process, due to high curing cure, it will lead to some cracks. By using Sino more curing agent, the curing process is more stable, the peak temp. is less than using OT curing agent.
Faster curing speed.
By using Sinomore® curing agent, the curing speed is faster than using OT. The following is the detail data. Also, as the curing temp. is lower than using OT, during the process, the temp. can be increased to 90℃ with lower curing temperature.
Storage temperature.
Curing agent dosage is only one pecent of the dosage of resin,due to the unsaturated resin synthesized batch difference,so the curing problem of quartz plates is often presented,leading to lower plate qualified rate. SINOMORE curing agent greatly reduce the effects of the resin,increase the scope of the unsaturated bond,protect the quality of the plates.
